Postpartum Support

The early days (weeks, months and years!) can be a time of joy and exhaustion, happiness and overwhelm. You're finding you feet and getting to know this new family member and maybe wondering when you showered last.

A postpartum doula looks after mama as she looks after her new baby. We are there to support you and your family as you find your new rhythm. Providing emotional and practical support we are there for everything from a cup of tea and a chat, to cooking up a nourishing meal or just holding baby while you shower.

We are trained in baby care and mama care and there to make the load a little bit lighter!
