About Gather

I’m Clare, mother of two and founder of Gather.

I am a yoga teacher, antenatal educator, baby massage instructor and postpartum doula working with families in Co. Clare, Limerick and Tipperary.

I believe in the power of movement, breath and mothers supporting mothers through the journey of matrescence.

Matrescence; the birth of a mother, can begin even before pregnancy. I'm here to walk that path with you, holding space for you to connect deeper to yourself, your needs, your body and your heart.
